Chiang Mai Urban Thai Kitchen's food comes from the Northern style cuisine in the mountainous areas of the country where the winters are much cooler than anywhere else in Thailand, sometimes even reaching freezing tempertures on the mountain tops! This less well known region is abundant with wild mushrooms, forest vegetables, fruits and wildlife. In Thailand our food various from region to region based on geography and history, most Thai restaurants serve Bankok-style cuisines which makes traveling in Thailand a culinary adventure of discovery. Come try our most popular dishes like Khao Soi with crispy pork, Kang Ho and Hung Lay and have a culinary adventure!

Authentic urban thai food that is truly unique to this area, if not to the whole of LA. I’ve eaten here twice, each time ordering completely different dishes, and all of them have been great! The friendly and helpful waitresses are the cherry on top.

AWESOME! This restaurant has the best foods after a tiring workout this morning in the gym. They all have that I needed, especially for some grilled chicken with roasted vegetables. I really enjoyed it and kudos to the server that was able to attend to all of my requests cordially. An Excellent restaurant here in our area!

My cousin and I had a good time eating your bestseller foods a week ago. We really enjoy talking to each other while eating your delicious foods. We didn't regret our decisions to eat here. This place is great. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. The curries are creamy and satisfied. Pictured is the veggie green curry and the mussuman curry. Fast service. Mainly street parking which can be tight.

A great place for a drink and a bite to eat, the food was amazing best bar food I have tasted currently. Considering the great taste the price is worth it, and the drinks are in good selection and taste. Will be coming here again.

I had a great day spending with your restaurant and eat delicious food. The waiters and the waitresses entertained me with a full of confidence, passion, and determination. As I waited for my order, I roamed my eyes in the place and found out that it was clean, cool, and has a modern style. Besides, the drinks and food that was served for me taste very good and yummy. I love the ambiance of this place. I loved the way they cooked the eggplant this reminds me of home. The walnut shrimp is the bomb super delicious it complimented with the eggplant and we also tried the Mongolian beef, the beef is so tender. We're so happy that we chose this place because we're all satisfied with food as well as the service. Highly recommended place!

This was suggested by a friend, which he was not mistaken. I love especially the ambiance of the restaurant. My breakfast was cooked perfectly as was my wife, and I suspect the rest of their menu will also be nice. The food that we ordered was above the ordinary, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely be back!
