As the most welcoming synagogue in Brooklyn Heights, Heights Chabad serves a unique role in accommodating people with divergent religious backgrounds and at varying levels of observance. They offer a multitude of services including: Shabbat and holiday programs Outreach to local colleges Preschool and Day Care Educational classes (Wednesdsay Men's Lunch & Learn, Women's Wednesday Morning Torah Classes, Money Matters / Jewish Business Ethics, various lecture series) Heights Chabad 's goal is to increase the level of Jewish awareness and knowledge and observance by providing a warm, welcoming community with activities to appeal to people at all levels and with varying interests. They provide a daily morning and evening minyan and more than ten classes a week for adult learning, as well as beginner's services and children's services on shabbat. Their Mei Menacham Mikvah is perhaps the most beautiful mikvah in New York City. Come to Saturday services at Heights Chabad and enjoy a sociable kiddush afterwards, or stop by at one of their many classes or Friday night shabbat dinners with joyous singing and guest speakers.
