My daughter has played on the national (black) this season and she and I have had a bad experience. I found the coaches to lack the fundamental mechanics, experience and skill to adequately coach volleyball. My daughter as well as her teammates have developed bad habits to make upfor their poor coaching. The coach also failed to be a role model to the players getting angry at tournaments, shouting at refs and causing bad feelings with the players mid game. He also was unable to make adjustments during game play when their apponent was hitting their week spots as well as adequately fitting players in their strongest combinations. The management was unresponsive when contacted with questions. This was something that came up with several parents. I would not recomend this club if you want your player to learn proper volleyball mechanics and strategy as well as sportsmanship. Just a note these issues I sas with more than my daughters team.
