- We let you cancel your reservation up to three days before you arrive with no penalty. After that, we will charge you for one night if we cannot rent your room. If it is a holiday weekend or a big event (St. Patrick’s Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.), we may lengthen the time to ten days that you have to cancel you reservation with no penalty. If you are not coming, you must let us know. We will have to charge you for your entire stay if you do not show up without contacting us in advance.
