We are supply side wholesale sellers. Our acquisition team finds properties according to the needs of our buyers. We buy in bulk and rehab accordingly for rental properties or higher end finishing for our clients who sell at retail levels. We buy right so there’s profit at each level. Our properties are typically pre sold before we've completed the rehab.
