Casa Rio Marina is a certified "Maryland Clean Marina". This prestigious designation indicates that we have voluntarily satisfied rigorous pollution standards. It is our policy to protect the health of our patrons, staff, and the environment by minimizing the discharge of pollutants to the water and air. Casa Rio Marina, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Don and Rita Dunbar on the old Broadwater Boats property. Their untiring efforts and dedication to the boating community resulted in an outstanding reputation. Today Casa Rio, the ?House by the River,? continues to provide their expert services and quality products at fair prices to the sail and power boating community. Storage with Casa Rio Marina --------------------------------------------------------------- When time comes for the winter break, bring your boat, power or sail, to Casa Rio Marina for dry storage. The large yard accommodates boats up to 16 feet beam and 30 tons. The dual lift well and the 35 and 15 ton travel lifts are never loaded to capacity to insure easy and quick handling of all boats.
