Mr. Carmenates graduated from the University of Houston Central Campus with a BA in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Carmenates is also a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. Mr. Carmenates graduated from Florida International Univesity in 2006, with a JD, and is a proud member of the first FIU law class.
