- We are a small facility and last minute cancellations greatly impact us; therefore we do have a ten day cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to ten days from arrival, we will refund entire deposit. If you cancel within the ten days prior to arrival, and we are able to re-book the room, we will refund your deposit less a 10% service charge. If we are unable to re-sell the room, you will forfeit your deposit.
