- All reservations are confirmed with guests by a telephone call and/or by email from Innkeeper or Inn staff. Guests must hear from the Innkeeper or Inn staff to be sure the reservation is confirmed. Once a reservation is confirmed there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee per room if cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation date. For a cancellation made after that time there will be a 50% room rate charge. Any guest who cancels the day of the reservation, or does not show up or call to cancel the reservation will be charged the full rate for the room booked.
