- Rates are per night, based on double occupancy and include our full gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Your deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to arrival date, or four weeks for holiday and special event reservations, less a $15 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations made after this period will forfeit the entire deposit. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Six percent Pennsylvania sales tax is additional to rates. A fifteen percent service charge is added to dinner. The management will not be responsible for inclement weather.
