- Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $25 administrative fee. We regret that cancellations or changes within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book. We will refund all room charges for re-booked nights minus the $25 administrative fee. Holidays and special events require full payment 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation notice of at least 30 days is required for a refund, less the $25.00 administrative fee.
