Beyond Fit Pilates provides North Scottsdale freedom of movement with group, private, and semi-private Pilates sessions. By continuously studying the science, system, and psychology of Pilates, Beyond Fit has become one of Scottsdale’s most innovative Pilates ventures. Lead instructor and athlete, Cindy Ayres, excels in teaching Pilates fitness at Beyond Fit, but she has made it her life's mission to help bodies that hurt, regularly working with students with injuries, special conditions, and functionality goals.
Cindy has been certified to teach health and fitness since 1998 and became a certified STOTT PILATES™ instructor in 2010 because of the depth and intelligence of this contemporary Pilates style. Students who step into the studio for group classes will be surrounded by high industrial ceilings, floor to ceiling mirrors and windows, as well as warm wood plank floors. Private and semi-private students practice in an inspirational space designed to highlight focus and concentration.
