- We are a non smoking inn. Deposit and Cancellation policy: We require a 50% deposit or the cost of one nights stay to hold your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. You will receive a full refund less a $25 handling fee if we receive a 14 day notice. If less than 14 days notice then deposits will be forfeited unless we can re-book your suite for your entire reserved stay. If less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of the intended stay unless we can book all reserved nights. Early departures will be charged unless your room can be booked with another party.
