- Given the nature of a small business, last minute cancellations and changes to reservations are challenging. In the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel your reservation, we request that you notify us at least 10 days in advance of your reservation to receive a refund of your stated advanced deposit less a $25 handling fee. Within 10 days of the stated arrival date, guests will be responsible for the entire cost of a reservation if a cancellation or modification is required. There is a 21 day cancellation requirement for special event periods and festivals. If a cancellation is a possibility or if you are traveling using commercial airlines, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
