- As a small inn, cancellations and no-shows do significant damage. Last-minute notice gives us little chance of filling your space, so we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit, less a $50 handling fee. OR you may apply the entire amount of your deposit toward a future stay within one year. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible, regardless of the reason. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation date, you will be responsible for all room nights previously booked.
- Deposit
- To confirm reservation of 1 night only, 100% deposit is required at time of booking.To confirm reservation of 2 or more nights, 50% deposit is required at time of booking with remainder due 14 days prior to your arrival. If your remaining deposit has not been received by that date, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will NOT be refunded. If there are fewer than 14 days before your visit, 100% deposit is required at time of booking.
