- CANCELLATIONS: The guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. Cancellations will be accepted no less than 2 weeks prior to intended reservation. Any cancellations 2 weeks or less will be charged 10% of total intended price. Any cancellations or no shows the day of reservation will be charged entire quoted amount of stay.
