- As the new owners of Balducci's, our philosophy can be summed up as Simple and Elegant. Our dishes are prepared with only the freshest ingredients available and our fish is fresh and never frozen. While you might not think of an Italian restaurant being home to great steaks, you'll be pleasantly surprised with the quality and preparation. Our homemade desserts are as appealing to your eyes as they are to your palate and our wine list offers some unique selections along with some of your favorites. Our ultimate goal is to have you come in as a guest and feel as though you enjoyed dinner in our home. As owners, we're hands on in order to insure that your experience is a memorable one.
