They are a bunch of rude unprofessional people. There is to much to say about these people. To make long story short they made is feel like criminals and did not communicate with us whatsoever. They sold us broken product. The didnt communicate with us to say what was wrong. Instead they didnt want to deal with us and accused us. They put our lives in danger and expected us to be all nice about it. They didn like the way we approached them and called the police instead of helping the situation. We complained to the BBB and we got insulted even further. We complained to numerous places and we were continuously insulted. In one response back they became psychologist stating that we were mentally unstable and all I the sudden they developed amnesia and could not remember what the problem was. We got scammed and I will never recommend this place to any one. I advise anyone who wishes to purchase a boat to go else where because this place is nothing but insults, no communication (even when they lost our boat) false information, sold broken items, unprofessionalism and so much more. Stay away
