B.R. Hicks is a highly respected Fairfax County and Northern Virginia criminal defense and personal injury attorney. He was a police officer for over five years while he was in law school and was a full-time Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney (prosecutor) for about two and a half years and then was a part-time prosecutor for about eighteen years while in private practice as a criminal defense and personal injury attorney. That experience has served him well and of course, as greatly benefited his clients over 40-plus years.
