I have spent the majority of my life behind the wheel. My love of driving and teaching made driving instruction a natural choice. I attribute my popularity to my natural sensitivity and ability to put myself in the student's position and recognize how important getting their license is. I take great pride in both these abilities since it enables me to keep my students calm and focused on driving and helps them accomplish their goals. I have never lost touch with the importance of our work or my compassion for nervous students and worried family members. Feel free to call if your teen is ready to get their license Aware 'N Safe Driving School offers driving lessons services in the Essex, Passiac, and lower Bergen Counties, around your schedule. If you have already followed the steps on the MVC website and have your permit, great, call us and schedule your lessons. If not, just arrange to drop off, or have us pick up your 6 points of identification, proof of written and eye tests, the application for the Learners Permit, and proof of Residents.
In the state of New Jersey, all students must be at least 16 years old and pass a written exam and eye test in order to drive as required by law. If the student hasn't completed a driver's education program that offers behind-the-wheel instruction, then, by law, they must enroll with a driving school. Please be advised that there is no substitute for an on the road experience!
Knowing how busy you are, we would be happy to pick you up, purchase your permit, and wait while you complete the written and eye tests. It is vital to read your driver's manual and take advantage of any online practice tests.
The instructors at Aware 'N Safe Driving School are well trained to handle the obstacles facing teen drivers. We don't use simulations for our classes, instead, we provide you with real behind-the-wheel training, that covers all aspects of driving.
