Daryl and Jeanie specialize in working with helping those sellers whose listings have Expired. They work hard to identify what potential problems occurred during the first (or second) listing period and then reposition the home in the market to capitalize on the key features that set the home apart.
Finally, the Atkins-Leapley Team provides their sellers with Concierge Services. Out of town home sellers or those who work full time and need services: Cleaning, painting, handy-man services, lawn & shrub care, and even home staging.
