Then we talk about your goals – what do you want, how much are you comfortable paying to get your new home (both up front and each month), what sort of risk tolerance you have (if any!), and where you want to be in 5 or 10 years.
We'll mix that all together and then shop nationwide for rates and loan programs that we think best meet your goals.
