Owned and operated by 3 time world champion Dale Apollo Cook, this is no average martial arts school. With 3 locations in Tulsa, Bixby and Owasso, martial arts classes are taught for all ages and all levels. The children classes are taught in a family friendly atmosphere, and every child gets a chance to learn focus discipline, fitness and self defense, while having fun. The Adult program is second to none, with Tulsa's only Machado Jiu Jitsu curriculum for serious training for all levels.
