Each kitchen is leased exclusively to one tenant for a year (or more). Tenants bring in their specialized equipment and we take care of all other facility requirements. Access key amenities like dry, cold and frozen storage, attended loading docks, on-site logistics, professional staff, office space and packing rooms.
