AMMCOR was formed in 1979 and currently manages a portfolio of over 15,000 homes in and near Orange County, with its emphasis on communities in Orange County, North San Diego, Riverside County, North Orange County and South LA County. As a member in good standing of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the company values and supports education and training for its managers, all of whom are CAI certified members. AMMCOR's General Manager previously served on the elected Board of Directors of California Association of Community Managers (CACM). The company is pleased to deliver the most powerful and effective association management services to its clients in order to serve all its’ communities promptly and in a professional manner. AMMCOR also customizes its services to meet the needs of each individual HOA. AMMCOR is pleased to celebrate its 40th year in business and in addition to its headquarters in San Clemente, has a regional office in Irvine, CA.
