All American has a ten-year partnership with Trane as a Trane Comfort Specialist. We are the proud recipients of numerous awards from Trane and have maintained one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings. The founder of the company started his career as a service technician some 30 years ago and continues to work in the field today. We understand today’s concerns and the trust required to allow strangers into your home. We do not take this trust lightly. Each technician has a background check. During the interview process we look for certain attributes that All American feels are essential to a successful service representative.

Our techs must have a comprehensive level of experience in all aspects of heating and air conditioning, from service and maintenance to installation and design.
We are committed to maintaining their NATE certification. This means the technicians are required to complete annual training. They have to attend required training as well as a minimum of 130 hours of in house and third party training. These are some very good reasons why so many customers trust us.
