Alfred is a specialty coffee shop at 8428 Melrose Place in the heart of LA's trendiest retail corridor. Proudly brewing Stumptown Coffee Roasters and serving fresh pastries from Farm Shop, Alfred has established itself as one of West Hollywoods best coffee shops.
Come in today to enjoy our fresh roasted coffees and delicious treats while taking in our press worthy ambiance. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. We are open 7 days a week and serve the freshest salads, sandwiches and pastries from Farm Shop, delivered to us daily.

This is the best shop around for coffee. Also, their coffee is priced fairly. They have a plain, but very nice place with lovely employees, too! And so amazing is their breakfast! It's a must try!

Very interesting place for a coffee lover! Since last year, I've been buying their coffee late and red velvet cake. I still love this place to have my paper work while drinking my favorite coffee. Your staffs are so friendly, and that's one of the reasons why I keep coming here. Cheers for the success of you!

We popped by one day for a coffee, and the next day for a full-on breakfast. I loved the selection of coffee, teas, and non-alcoholic drinks. Friendly service topped off a great morning! They also have an excellent choice of coffee and a warm place to sit and visit. We will come back and recommend this place to my friends.

Excellent espresso, pastries, hot chocolate, location, and ambiance. This coffee shop is indeed a great place to kill your time, do business, and to study as well. The coffees and hot chocolates they had was so delicious. The owner was so welcoming and friendly. The place was so cozy. The decorations were so cute.

I have been here a couple of times and I have to admit, my favorite food item is their BLT and their caramel or cinnamon dolce coffee. Not sure how they make it so incredible. I thought it wouldn't satisfy me but when I tasted it, I so loved it. I love every bite of it plus their tasty coffee that soothed my mind. It was so amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone!

This coffee shop is getting better! The service has always been excellent, and Alexa and her team always make you feel welcome. Food is good and reasonably priced but be warned, If you have a sweet tooth, then be prepared for a long stay! It was comfortable and reasonably quiet, so we had a relaxing time enjoying our meal and admiring the artwork.

It is one of my favorite places, for their coffee and foods were delicious and OK. Besides, the waiters/waitresses working out there were very accommodating, professional, and kind. Great place to study and relaxed! The coffee and foods were tasty and very good. Besides, the waiters that entertained my order was very friendly, kind, and accurate. Oh, my! This coffee shop was good to stop over and visit! I came here a couple of weeks ago. The coffee that the waiter served to me was ashy and caramel. I like it so much. It must be my first time here in your shop, but I greatly have quality time. Also, I loved the attitudes of the waiters. They wore a smile when they served customers and entertained us well. Besides, I felt comfortable and relaxed when I was around this shop. Thank you!

The entire visit to this coffee shop was outstanding! The service was amazing, and the staff was very accommodating. He recommended the cookies and cream cake, which was really amazing and of course the coffee itself tastes great. The atmosphere is elegant and inviting. I will definitely recommend this coffee shop to all coffee lovers!

ASTONISHING! This coffee shop is very cozy, and they have great coffee and some pastries as well. I went to this place for a quick sip of coffee, but I didn't realize the time because of the amazing atmosphere that is so relaxing. Unquestionably, the best place to have some good coffee! Strongly recommended!

Should have visited this coffee shop more often. It is not as crowded as other coffee shops in which I have been to. And also, the people there are very hospitable and kind. Not to mention, I enjoyed the drinks and foods. Raspberry mocha was surprisingly good and not too sweet. I am giving them a five-star rating for the great service.

I felt like my morning needs energy, so I went to this shop near my condo unit. As I entered, the waiters and waitresses looked very pleasant, decent, and accommodating. They even greeted "good morning" to me in a respectful way. Meanwhile, after one of the waiters gets my order, I sat down in their clean and well-organized seat. As I roamed my eyes, I found out that the entire coffee shop was nice and beautiful to look at. Also, the coffee and the other foods that I ordered were tasty and yummy. I will come back. Thanks!

I gotta give them more than five stars if I could because the staves were super amazing and friendly. I went to this place to kill the time because I was bored. I ordered a 3-shot of espresso and cinnamon roll, which I love the most. I love how calm the ambiance of this place. I can't wait to visit this coffee shop again.

This place is really great for a fancy dinner date. The restaurant itself was so romantic and cozy. The food that they served was so delicious. The crews were very accommodating and approachable. The options were very affordable. This Italian restaurant is a must-visit restaurant in town. I will surely drop by here again.

Modern coffee at its best. A great coffee shop focused on serving you a great cup. My boyfriend and I just love this place. This is a place where everyone is social and nice. We also liked the staff members for they always make sure that you are welcomed and have great integrity in their way of making your cup of coffee. We had a great time here!

Every time that I visited this coffee shop. I always order their freshly brewed coffee because I like the bitter-sweet taste of it. Also, the cakes that they had was so delicious as well, the red velvet is my favorite. The coffee shop itself was so captivating the setup of the shop, and the decor was so cozy. I like this place because it wasn’t too crowded and noisy as well. It was such a great coffee shop.

It's always a great time to be here at this coffee shop. What I really love about this coffee shop is that their coffee is not that strong. It's warm, frothy, milky and best of all healthy and ready in the tummy. You also have plenty of pastries to choose from. The crew and management are friendly and accommodating which is a big factor for business. Highly recommend this coffee shop to everyone.

Last year, we spent our time here with my friends. We ordered Cappuccino and Espresso, and all of them were all great. So tasty! It would soothe your mind. I loved it so much, so my friends. All the baristas are smiling and accommodating, so you would be comfortable asking them any favors. Just come and try!

This coffee shop is superb! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and the coffee itself was amazing! The service was great and efficient, and we couldn't have asked for more!
