The prices were great and the offer itself was tempting, but unfortunately they don’t offer credit terms. The only available option was 100% prepayment. From the company’s standpoint this policy seems understandable, however I hope you could establish more customer friendly payment terms. I am sure many would appreciate it

It was my first order in AGA. When I received the price offer to my email, I had a lot of questions. And I asked to leave the contacts of one of the responsible managers to get advice. They called back 15 minutes later and clarified all my questions in detail. I received the brake pads quickly. There were no problems

I had a few questions about payment terms, so I went on my FB account and tried my luck there. They asked me to leave my contact info or to get in touch with my manager via email. One of the managers reached out to me within an hour. I appreciate that. But I don't get why you guys couldn't answer my question flat out?
