Company description
A bug spray, also known as an insect repellant, is a substance sprayed on clothing, skin, and other surfaces to discourage insects from landing on that surface. The repellents help control and prevent the outbreak of diseases such as Malaria and West Nile fever. Some of the target insects are such as flies, fleas, and mosquitos. They are the vectors that propagate the spread of the diseases. Most people recognize the sprays for their role in fighting and protecting against mosquito and tick bites. Besides causing and spreading diseases, the bugs cause itching and irritation to various body parts. Mosquitos bite any time during day and night hours, but are particularly active at dusk and dawn.
Besides using the repellent to protect against insects, one can also take other measures such as staying indoors, getting rid of stagnant water, wearing long clothes, getting immunized, and sealing holes in windows and doors.
