My first impression of Sam was a professional one for he's ready to get the appliance fixed and he looked so confident to get things fixed. It was our air conditioner that was not cooling needed to be fixed. He asked me everything about what was the first sign of the problem before it was completely down. Due to his expertise and effective techniques, the repair was completed within an hour. It was a perfect repair, indeed! Keep it up!
