- With two weeks or more advance notice, we are happy to reschedule your visit for whatever date is convenient for you. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, with two weeks or more prior notice, you may receive a credit on account for the full amount of your prepayment (valid for one year), or you may request a refund of your prepayment minus a $75 per suite cancellation fee, plus an additional $75 cancellation fee for any wedding ceremony booked. With less than two week's notice, all advance payments are non-refundable.
