Here is a little list of what we offer: Pre-K Karate 2-4 year olds, Lil' Eagles for ages 5 & 6, Junior classes for ages 7-12, teen/adult classes for ages 13 and up, Tai Chi classes, Fitness Kickboxing Classes, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes, MMA Classes.
