A core foundation for good therapeutic work is a relationship built on warmth, empathy, and trust, where both parties are continually growing and learning from each other. Together we can work to better understand the source of your distress and begin to see how it can actually help you to lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life. In our individual sessions together I can help you build skills for managing "big" feelings, acquire tools for more effective and empathic communication, cultivate a thriving community for yourself, find and connect to purpose, and find lasting healing.
