- As a small family owned-inn, cancellations affect us dearly. Should your plans change, please call us as soon as possible. If reservations are cancelled 15 days prior to your scheduled visit, there will be no charge. Cancellations with less than 15 days notice will be charged the room rate unless the room is re-booked. If you have booked 3 rooms or for reservations during festival events or holidays, 30 days cancellation notice is required. If less notice is given, the room rates will be charged for rooms that cannot be re-booked. “No-shows” will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation.
