The homes are individually owned and range in size from studios to 7+ bedrooms, rating Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Up to 50 staff are employed by Wawona Property Management, d.b.a. The Redwoods In Yosemite. The Redwoods is owned by 73 shareholders and most are homeowners.
