Definitely a callback! The repairman that was sent by this company arrived on time and made a handshake. He immediately knew what was the best solution for my range burners that was not working. There was no attempt to fix a small item then charge more expensive repair. He completely got rid of the issue. He left the area cleanly. Great work!
