This was an emergency situation where my wife's purse with keys inside was stolen. We needed to change the locks immediately. The locksmith answered my call at 8 pm and because he was driving asked to call back in a few minutes. He attempted to return my call at least twice while I was on the phone with the credit card companies and finally reached me some 30 minutes later. Kudos for the extra effort to get back to me. He came out early the following morning and rekeyed all the locks (8). He was prompt, professional and helpful, and the price for emergency service was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
