Every experience I have had with this dealership has been more and more of a headache than you can imagine. Although the sales experience was ok, after that it went all down hill and went down hill fast. This place does not care about you at all after the sale. I had to take my vehicle in for service at 100 miles to take care of a vibration issue and soft brake pedal. In the process of repairs they scratched all four of my wheels terribly. And also put a dent in my hood. They then put hired an outside place to paint the wheels which was fine, then they took to the service department while the paint was still fresh and ruined the new paint job on them. So then, they put a "USED" set of wheels on my vehicle from a loaner truck they had. The wheels were ok and not damaged. Then, came my second service appointment to get my oil changed at 1200 miles. THEY AGAIN DAMAGED MY VEHICLES WHEELS ON THIS SERVICE VISIT!!! Unbelievable!! I contacted them about it this time, and now they went into defensive mode, claiming I am a rotten customer, I can't be satisfied and that they don't want anything to do with me. That email came right from Eric Gentry the General Manager there. Everytime I had to take me vehicle to them, since they are so neglectful with my car, I check it over to insure there was no damage when it went to them. Then I check it when I get home. Sure enough they damaged it again. So in essence this is three times they have damaged the wheels on my truck. And now they will not make it right. Randy Reed does not care. The BBB don't care. So now I am stuck with damaged wheels thanks to their neglectful service department personnel. While waiting to get my vehicle in for the second visit, an older gentleman came in complaining to Randy Speakman the Service Manager, that they also cracked the center cap on his wheels too. They seem to not care about anyone's cars and damage. Although most people don't notice. So please when you take your vehicle into them, check it both before and after the visit to service to make sure they don't do this to you too. BEWARE OF THEM. THEY ARE CROOKED AND WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU AFTER THE SALE. They want your business, so they will kill you with kindness to get you to buy. But afterwards, you are just number. Check out the salesman's facebook pages and also the sales managers, how they talk about us there who have bought from them. You will be shocked.
