Called to schedule a re-keying for my home yesterday and they put me right on the schedule for this morning. John was my technician, arrived between the time frame that had been given to me, he listened to my request for re-keying, and also my request to look at a couple of deadbolts that were being very cranky. He moved through the job quickly, efficiently and improved the situation with my deadbolts as well. I can now cancel the repair work order with the door company... they take SO long to respond. I'm very pleased with the work done and HIGHLY recommend them. John was professional and answered all questions that I had.
