Called John early in the week based on his Angie's List reviews. We made an appointment for the following Monday, but he called me the Friday before our appointment to let me know he had an opening if it would work for me. I met him at our rental property and he was right on time. He rekeyed all the locks and made me copies of the keys in well under an hour. Before he left, he noticed that the dead-bolt on the front door was sticking a little bit when it locked, so he ground down the strike plate so it would work smoothly. That little bit of extra service went a long way with me. His number is in my phone and I'll call him for any other lock related needs.
