The office set up my service call expeditiously. The service technician arrived within 30 mins early but was kind enough to call to make sure that was ok. Upon his arrival, he promptly did the ac and furnace repair that I requested and got some tips. The ac and furnace were thoroughly checked and fixed. Their repair charge seemed very reasonable too.
