Extremely pleased with response time, punctuality and quality of work. John responded via email to schedul the work the same day I contacted him on Angie's list, and showed up 2 days later (one of them being a holiday, so really he showed up the next "working" day) to re-key the home and fix all the broken and non-working locks. He was very professional and just an all-around good guy. Will definitely use him again for any locksmith needs.
