Our garage door wouldn't open. After placing a call and scheduling a window for service, I recieved a call later that their tech was backed up and they asked if we could move it to the next day. No problem, glad they call me instead me having to chase them down. Very professional.
The next day I got a call from their tech en route and he wanted to make sure I was home. He knew the exact details of my case and was ready to get to work. He showed up on time and had our door working in short order. He even took the time to explain the cumause of the problem and offered some tips in case something similar happened again. I wish this level of courtesy and professionalism were in other home repair sectors. These guys were incredible.
Pricing was also very fair: flat rate, not hourly shenanigans. Everything eas clear and up front.
