I called for an estimate on having two new deadbolts installed and all of my existing locks rekeyed. I made an appointment for the upcoming Saturday for between 9 and 10 am. I received a call at 8:30 am Saturday to confirm and was told the locksmith would arrive within an hour. The locksmith (John) showed up right around 9 am, introduced himself, asked for a rundown of the work to be done and immediately got to work. He completed the installs and rekeys in very short order, inspected my existing locks and cleaned up. The new locks function perfectly, the old locks function better than before and the work areas looked like he was never there.
