If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst ever!! I had my appraisal for my house, the company (Matt Flohr) tried to lower my appraisal over 11k less than what I was offered by my buyer. So my agent re-did everything and we went with a much better company who actually did 5k over what my buyer offered. 16k difference!!!! My fiancé sat right down the road and never even seen the guy show up!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Happy ending, my house sold for what it should have the first time. Bad reviews everywhere else for this guy too.
