John came out that same day, and walked my property with me to show me how secure the house was and where I could make improvements. He was thorough and professional, showing me the pros and cons of the cost, quality and security level on what they could offer. John offered to be the same Tech that came out for the job so I would feel comfortable, and when we found out the parts wouldn't be in for three weeks, he came up with an alternative plan that would keep me safe until then. John even came on his day off because it was the only time I could meet someone, and I was desperate to get at least the alternative plan in place. I cannot thank them enough. The service was well worth the price, and I would recommend them to anyone.
