- The credit card that you provide holds your reservation. If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled stay, a $25 administrative fee will be charged to your card. For cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the total amount not re booked for the scheduled stay will be charged to your card and a house credit will be issued to you for the full amount, less the $25 administrative fee. House credits are good for 6 months from date of issue and are for last minute availability only. No house credit if cancelled with 48 hours of reservation or late arrival or early departures.
