We needed the right inspection company, my contractor spoke highly of Top to Bottom Inspections, LLC and we decided to go for it. The prices were reasonable; they include roof inspection free with any complete property report. We were able to get a 15% discount on our second inspection as returning customers, all aspects of the houses were inspected, and termite inspections were easy to understand and were conveniently timed at the same time as the building inspections. I will definitely use this service again.

Recently, I had to clarify a few items with a Contractor of Top to Bottom Inspections, LLC who is doing some work for my family. When I first spoke with him, I explained the situation in detail and literally within an hour....he had a plan and knew exactly what was required and how to proceed. In addition, I was impressed at how quick and thorough he is while doing the inspection. The guy has a serious grasp of equipment and technology and when he shows up on site - he is ready to deploy and get right down to business. He is very polite, cordial but there is no messing around. Bottom line - he is an excellent Inspector. He is prompt (often times shows up early), professional, well equipped and very detailed oriented.
