Gorgeous lobby with a seating area. Bathrooms are nice. The front desk was super friendly. They helped us get a rollaway bed in a timely manner and set everything up.

My fiancée and I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff are accommodating, and as a walk-in customer, we paid in cash for a deluxe premium suite after paying they suddenly upgraded us to an executive suite for free. The room is very big clean and elegant. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary! I highly recommend staying here.

On arrival, car parking was really good for they have enough space to be occupied. We ate in the spa cafe, the food was very good and you could expect excellent service for they have very accommodating staff and complete facilities. The pool/relaxation area is unbelievable and cannot be faulted. The temperature in the room at night was good, thus, we could sleep well. I would certainly be coming back!

The room was lovely, very spacious with lovely views. The shower worked well. The place is really great, very relaxing and enjoyable. Despite being busy, I never felt crowded. It was the nicest place I have ever been to. Our starter plates were barely taken away when the main was given to us. The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Excellent service!

We stayed at this hotel from February 1 to February 4, 2020. Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Kevin, at the concierge, was very helpful to us upon checkout. He helps us with our luggage from the hotel to the terminal 3 runway checkpoint. We already recommended this hotel to our friends, and they did stay here already. We will be back again soon!

This hotel was simply amazing from start to finish. Staff members were so helpful, friendly, and with that fantastic mix of formality and dedication to service. When I heard my waiter pointing out to the restaurant manager that he thought my dinner, would have benefitted from the addition of vegetables on the plate, I knew I was in a place where everyone cared passionately. This is a great place for a quiet vacation. My husband and I stayed for a week in early January 2020. We wanted a relaxing week on the beach at a luxurious hotel with excellent service and delicious food. We had preferred honeymoon suite oceanfront and received wonderful service from the staff! We loved every minute of our vacation and hated to leave. Thank you and see you next time!

Convenient location from the airport and I am so amazed at the service here. The breakfast buffet is amazing and provides so many western dishes. Kevin provides us with spectacular service and very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the quiet stay in our hotel room with clean sheets and towels. WiFi is also very fast. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
