Spruce Manor offers skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We provide senior rehabilitative services for post-surgical patients as well as cardiac/stroke recovery, IV therapy, wound care and more. From long-term care to short-term rehabilitation our goal is to get you home as quickly and safely as possible.
